We appreciated impressive views!
The staff was amenable, the room was big size and normal double. The breakfast was perfect, there were exceptional bread, pastries and cereals. The hotel has comfy location not far from the centre of town, river and spa too.
-
We had a decent weekend here and recommend. The property was conveniently located for one night.
-
We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the consistently courteous staff. Captivating view of city. The hotel took care of the first-class service too. Besides, we parked our car nearby. The location was fab, next to corpus clock handless timepiece. Plus it was in a lively area.
-
Would have extended the stay, it's a gorgeous place. We enjoyed staff and location here. Rooftop bar is a very nice plus. We were offered to move into a beautiful room, good bonus.
-
The bathroom was very big and clean, good valet parking. Central location, easy walking distance to Cambridges top sights
-
Luxurious hotel, we loved everything.
TV, a coffeemaker and a CD player were present in the double room.
-
Super Location
Very expensive, breakfast only partly free
-
Modern rooms, first-class service including valet parking, great restaurant + breathtaking rooftop bar
One elevator is clearly not enough with the traffic
-
Дщсфешщтsuper! Staff great!
Shower in the bathtub a disaster! Equipment very old fashioned! Contemporary renovation urgently needed!
-
The location of the hotel is perfect for Cambridge. The breakfast in the Roof Restaurant offers a 360° panoramic view and is very good. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The rooms are fine, too. Since I was only one night, I was unfortunately not able to use the spa offer.
-
Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful view from the roof restaurant.
Breakfast for the price range insufficient. Only boiled eggs, one type of cheese, one type of ham, one type of salami, etc. Rooms very small, very few TV channels, no shower curtain, lots of water at the floor from the shower.

Impressed with Facilities and staff were great - We stayed for wedding so didnt get full use of the facilities however would definatly return !
No comment - nothing to say - was excellent

location
1.Noise from dustbins outside at 6.00am waking us up on both mornings, even at weekends 2.No showercap, nailfiles etc in bathroom and nowhere to put wash bag 3.Very expensive cup of tea costing £4.50 for one on roof terrace 4.The room I booked for my friends was ridiculously small with no bath and the hotel were charging the same price as a larger room 5. Total inflexibility with the breakfast that was included in the price of the room. We wanted scrambled eggs with smoked salmon instead of the full english breakfast and were made to pay for it. Also the cooked breakfast had obviously been cooked earlier as it was luke warm and dried up. 6. Terrible value for money. It was as if they were deliberately not providing any extras one would expect from a hotel at that price under the pretences of being eco-friendly

Location
Small rooms, no bath in the bathroom, dark passageways, mediocre staff, stuffy rooms at night, no parking, restaurant tucked in at the back of the gym

We loved our room - 516. Very nicely appointed. Beautiful views of Cambridge from two floor to ceiling windows. Rooftop lounge was really nice and the location could not have been better for seeing our son who is studying at Magdalene. Right next to the river. Close to many of the sites in the city center, Jesus Park, and a nearby bus stop.
